Spartan House is just an approximate 3 minute walk from the white sandy and crystal clear waters of the south beach in Jolly Harbour. This villa is fully air conditioned with WIFI Internet. There is a dining table for 4 people and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. The living room area leads to a patio with an extended deck. There is a large BBQ grill and a dining table with seating for 4 people, with lovely waterway views beyond.

Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have shower rooms.

Jolly Harbour is a gated community with 24 hour security. The site offers many amenities such as white sandy beaches, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, pharmacy, shopping, and much more.

High season (Nov 15th to May 14th) - US$1,850.00 per week

Christmas (Dec 20th to Jan 5th) - US$2,300.00 per week

Low season (May 15th to Nov 14th) - US$1,780.00 per week
